Blade Rings

Receive, disassemble, inspect, weld repair, dimensional restoration, heat treatment, repair hardware, and reassemble. TRS also assembles blade rings and aligns the interstage seals to reduce outage onsite manpower requirements. This also ensures that the interstage seal can be aligned in the field and locked down.


Interstage Seal Housings

Disassemble, inspect, weld repair, dimensional restoration, reseal, modify for brush seals, and reassemble


Compressor Diaphragms

Receive, disassemble, chemical strip of coating, inspect, weld repair, heat treatment, dimensional restoration, coating of airfoils/fit areas, repair seal box wear, replace seals, reassemble diaphragms and perform Row 16 anti-rotational modifications

Compressor Blade Rings

Receive, disassemble, inspect, weld repair hook fits (H, A, B), dimensional restoration, heat treatment, repair hardware, install alignment ports, replace abradable coating in fit areas, apply anti corrosion coating to diaphragm fit areas and reassemble. We install row 16 anti-rotation modification as well.


Blades

Receive, clean, strip coating, inspect, Destructive Testing and Condition Reporting, Welding, EDM, machine, recoat, Heat Treat, Shot Peen, Flow Check.
